Replacing quarter panels

Post Body

Ive got an 07 chevy monte carlo and both of the rear fender wells are rusted out on the inside and the outers are showing surface rust and paint bubbling. Ive looked all over the place online and havent found anyone who actually has the individual quarter panels that arent still attached to a totalled car, and GM doesnt even sell or make them anymore. If i took it to a typical body shop how much would it run me? Or could it be fixed at home through realitvely cheap means?
