Potential future headaches?

Post Body

Recently bought this Mitsubishi Spyder GS, it was a salvage (I know Iโ€™m gambling) was involved in a collision and was repaired by a body shop then purchased by me. Drives absolutely fine only thing is after 4 or 5 seconds it does start to drift right but I hear thatโ€™s common. My question is this dent in the photo is it considered frame damage and will it cause me problems down the line? Shall I get it taken care of immediately and if so how much average are we looking (I live in California) the dent is on the passenger side door. I also have a picture of underneath the car and a photo of it after its crash
