Our Commercial Specialist has caused a lot of problems not just in the store I work at but in our district. They constantly come in late and leave early, complaining that their paychecks aren’t good, as well as constantly dating other store employees and having messy break ups with them, it got to the point where one store didn’t want to take our calls when we need product transfers, and it took our DM to try to settle everything. The most recent thing they’ve done was text our store manager that they were on their way but never showed up, leaving me in charge of the commercial side (I’m just a delivery driver and our CSM doesn’t work on Saturdays) one of the busiest days of the quarter. Then had the gall to call me and the SM angry because they fell back asleep and we should’ve called them.
