We had our SM replaced with a fresh promoted SM, I’ve transferred to move up with Autozone he pushed me to get the PSM training out the way goes cold silent, He then promotes someone that didn’t want it at first and rejected it, telling me another 3 months will “probably have more positions”. I’m tired of this PT bs, I try leaving but I’m not trying to leave unemployed looking for another job when I got debt over my name but getting scraps of hours is probably more degrading, This position doesn’t treat anyone right, low hours, crap pay and when you got question or concerns you get your hours cut. My SM thinks it cool to go on leaves every month, throw all his load on the mangers which leaves them to do the same, my location has been going to crap due to this SM and the fact he sweep the position under my feet and laughed about it in my face is just the stepping stone but hey where just a number to the company, comply and they won’t give you the same amount contribution you put in but when you don’t they will do anything to make your life miserable instead firing you, they know you need the job and they take advantage of that. I’m to the point I’m looking for better my boss can tell me all this positive stuff I do but treats me like number I am in this company. Rubbing in his pay and making everyone making ends meat feel like they aren’t anything special or anything at all. Thanks Autozone for degrading my sanity and degrading my perspective in this company as a whole. Can’t wait for the boom 💥
