(Advice Needed) New Kona, someone scratched it after one week

Well, sad but things we have to live with; someone touched the bumper while parking and scratched it. Won't claim at the insurance for something small, specially that's my first year insured in Canada.

Im wondering what would be my best solution or DYI fix within the following two options, I have 0 experience about painting (In both options, the choice would be "The complete kit"):

If not choosing the Aerosol option, I'd take some extra steps to sand down the area to flat a bit since there's residue and bad paint around the damage and I'd sand down the primer and painting a bit after applying.
