I'm a novice looking for input on a paint sprayer to buy, and what type of paint to use that will touch up well.
Post Body

I recently bought a 76 Corvette that needs a bit of fiberglass work. I am not completely confident in my fiberglass ability, but I'm excited to learn. By making mistakes.

However, this car hasn't been on the pavement in 10 years. I have never done fiberglass. I know I'm going to end up painting this car at least twice before it's good. It's going to crack SOMEWHERE.

So, I want to spray it white. I assume a single stage enamel is my best bet. I want it to look.... Unoffending? Hopefully a step above rattle can. I have no expectations that it will be show quality on my first attempt.

Just looking for general feedback. I assume my HVLP gun I've used for flat paints before isn't the correct choice.

Thanks for any helpful feedback!
