2017 Acura RDX paint question. Any dealer recourse?

I’ve got a older family member with a 2017 RDX and she had this massive bouble and chip form within the last week or atleast that’s when she noticed. The car has never had work on this panel to my knowledge. Obviously it’s not a new car but in my opinion new enough that it shouldn’t be running into these issues. Is there any type of dealer recourse or warranty or is it one of those there’s nothing you can do.
