I need automod to send users without a flair a private message reminding them to message the mods to get a flair.

I mod r/askdentists and we need to maintain an order on who comments and gives advice. I'm looking for help setting up automod to send messages to users without a flair reminding them to either (1) write "NAD" if they're not a dental professional or (2) send the mods a message to obtain a flair. Any help is appreciated!
