I have copied and pasted the coding for profanity. I removed bitch and asshole, as my community is okay with a level of cursing, but I do have a list of slurs I am banning in case they get posted by a rogue troll or something while we're sleeping.
I want my users to be able to type out "what the fuck?" but not "motherfucker" or variations of it. Profanity is fine, but derogatory remarks are not for our sub. Technically asshole is derogatory but it just doesn't have the same bite to it.
What do I change in this line: "((mother|motha|mutha))f(u?c?k?k|\ck|\{0,2}k|\*{3})(er|ed|ing|s)?" ?
