Automoderator reports sometimes not showing up in modqueue

I have an automod config set up on /r/PUBATTLEGROUNDS to report comments containing certain (almost always removed) words. It seems to be working well for the most part, but today I found a number of reported comments - that hadn't yet been removed - that weren't showing up in the modqueue.
Some automod reports are showing up fine, but others not.
Any ideas why?
