Set AutoModerator to filter ALL links?

Is there a way to get Automoderator to filter all links for approval by a member of my moderation team?
Not just on a specific domain, but on ALL domains (aside from Reddit, of course)?
I don't want to disable link submissions, but due to some recent activity, I need to "hold" them until they can be looked over for approval.
