Help with automod rule line

Trying to add a rule for my automod that post must include “ age(number, [M4F] (or whatever gender) and a “#(location) so for example requires 33 [F4M] #california , for the post to be approved, otherwise it gets rejected. How do I set this up in automod? Please help
