My subredditors are not reading the rules. Can it say something like:
Please review the [link to rules] before making a post / comment to ensure you are cognizant of the rules relevant to this Subreddit.
Something that automatically displays each time an OP posts?
I keep having to post violations due to no one reading the rules.

This is already displayed when posting - users are directed to read the rules on every upload. They’re still not going to read them however if they already have been choosing not to.
