Can I make automod comment on comments from non approved users?

One of my subs is set to approved users only. It's really easy to get approved, but people are really bad at reading pinned posts and rules, so...

Is there any way to have automod respond with a preprogrammed comment to comments within threads from non approved users? It already hides the comments so they're only visible to the mods, but I'd love an automatic replay along the lines of "Your comment is currently only visible to the mods. Please read the pinned post to see how to request approved user status so your comments and posts can be seen by everyone."
