What do about the sun when washing cars?

Planning on opening a small detailing business from home, what do you guys do about washing cars in the sun? I can’t wash them in garage, so how would i go about washing cars in the sun outside, i find soap and other products like wheel cleaner often dry up quickly in the sun. Even lube for clay bar dries up quickly
