TW: ED (?), weight, health issues

Hi, I’m 19, m and I have moderate sensory issues when it comes to food.

I can’t really eat a lot of stuff and sometimes when I have sensory overload I can’t eat anything for the whole day.

My meds make it even worse, sometimes I can only eat once a day because I feel horrible when I eat (not because of my body image or weight, I just hate the feeling of eating food)

My BMI is currently around 16,45 and I’m always tired and lack energy. I think it might be because of my weight.

I really don’t know how to gain weight without having my brain being a bitch about it… Is there any alternative to regular food that gives enough nutrition to gain weight?

(I live in Germany, so if there is anything that wouldn’t have to be shipped from America I’d appreciate it!)

Egg smoothies. Blend egg with milk and honey. Boom. Calories.

There's also hormones that stimulate appetite. Working out tends to help.

Yes. Tastes like a protein shake without being as weirdly metallic tasting as one. I'd not recommend doing this in America unless you raised the chickens yourself but European eggs are incredibly safe.

Yogurt works too.
