I'm curious about people's thoughts on this from the audhd perspective. Is this a big yes, and does it bring/has it brought with it a lot of benefits, or is keeping it on the down low a wiser choice for us neurodivergent lot?
I'm new in my workplace, and have a manager I work closely with, but don't know if telling would be a good idea. I feel having it as a safety net if/when things do get misinterpreted would be good, but I'm also hugely on the fence about it tbh. Any thoughts? :)
