“How to talk so kids will listen and listen so kids will talk”
Post Body

Honestly I think this book has saved me, my kids and my marriage. I struggled with trying to be the perfect Supernanny (I just don’t have that authoritative parenting style in me) and we felt like we were losing sight of the kids - their personality/characters/idiosyncrasies.

Most importantly, it has taught me how to empathise- with others and myself. Over time, we’re all more open with each other, I rarely define their behaviour as wrong or naughty, they’re more independent and I can unmask!!
