Does anyone know what I mean by there an outcast to everyone in there family apart from that one family member in my case my grandmother?

Sorry to ask but has anyone ever lost this person really suddenly?

I’m not good when I’m left to my own devices and there’s no one to care for anymore.

I’m completely lost, broken and struggling to get stuff together.

I’m 24yo I should be able to take care of myself I agree but I’ve always been mostly incapacitated by my adhd and autism.

I can’t even arrange a doctors appointment without help more to the point I don’t even know when an appropriate time to call a doctor would be. I don’t have any friends or any other support network either.

No one’s here to rescue to anymore and I genuinely feel like a kids left in a shopping mall🤷‍♂️ Can anyone help to point me in the right direction even tho I probably won’t make it there even if you do?
