Won't stop jumping

My 3 year old will not stop jumping during bedtime, no matter what we do. He jumps so hard and so loud it shakes his whole floor. There is no telling him to stop. We live in a duplex and I'm afraid we are waking up and annoying the neighbors. Sometimes he does this for hours on end in to the AM
