Faecal Smearing

Hey all. Anyone managed to find some preventative clothes that can stem faecal smearing/play? My son’s nearly 5 and has recently started this. We did buy some vests that button at the bottom (like a baby grow) but he’s managed to get out of it. We’re in the UK and the only ones I can find are on Etsy but I can’t really afford their prices.
