I sometimes feel like I am a loser parent and a loser person in general. Especially when I watch what other parents are doing on social media. Those parents do not have as many resources as I do and still they do a lot with little. And here I am can't do even a little with a lot I have. For example, I haven't taught my son to have a simple discipline of cleaning up his own room yet. Maybe we will get there someday. But today his room is messy. And the same with other things. This feels sad and depressing.
Donβt be too hard on yourself. Do what you can and take it one day at a time. And when all else fails do your best to enjoy the little moments in midst of the chaos. Those are the moments you both will hold close to your hearts π
