What has helped your little ones with outings? I tried to take my 4 and 2 year old out alone and it was really hard. My 4 year old was really overwhelmed. She cried for the whole hour and kept trying to elope. I can Usually regulate her by rocking and singing her but this seemed to only frustrate her even more. She doesn’t tolerate headphones.. please send help 😭
