Does the abundance of tools and options seem overwhelming at times? Do you constantly look at reviews and videos to try and find the exact object fit for the purpose intended?
I, for example, have recently purchased a beaded worry bracelet so that I can have an object to concentrate on during conversions so that I do not feel forced to react during a conversation. I could have just used a watch or any other readily available object but it had to be that specific type of object otherwise it would not be correct.
