Anyone else relate? I have worn the same exact style of black sketcher runners for at least 15 years... actually maybe more like 20. I think I had them in highschool too. Now I can't find those exact ones anymore and I had to buy a different style of sketchers. They're similar enough and comfortable but they're not the same. That was 6 months ago and I've adapted and accepted my new sketchers ok, but I still keep looking for the black ones I used to like to come back in stock somewhere. Now I'm facing the same issue with my barefoot style gym shoes I use to workout. I've bought 2 different replacement pairs that are slightly different and returned them so far. I can't find ones that are similar enough and it's driving me nuts. :( I hate this! It seems so stupid. Like, you'd think I should be excited to get new different shoes, but no. I just want the exact ones I've had before. My old pair has had big holes in the toe area for ages now and I'm kinda tempted to just give up on buying new ones and keep wearing them. They've been fine with the holes so far. *sigh*.... such a silly struggle. Anyway, share with me your stories of sticking with the same shoes, coats, or whatever, and how it effects you so I don't feel so alone and weird here! Haha thanks.
