No disability accommodations at a music venue?

Hi everyone

I wondered if anyone has some advice on how to navigate the lack of accommodation at this music venue.

For context I am due to go to a music gig next week Wednesday (music is my special interest). I go to gigs a lot and I havenā€™t had any major issues with venues in accommodating me. However this one venue has been ignoring my emails since July (claimed today they didnā€™t receive them) and isnā€™t making any accommodations and in general comes across quite rude/no customer service in their emails. I am used to being able to skip the queue/use an access queue, be in a ground level viewing area and at times have a chair to sit down on.

This venueā€™s reply is so vague and doesnā€™t answer any of my questions and I also feel doesnā€™t help me? Because I canā€™t get to the venue earlier (Iā€™m at work) and also standing around in a large crowd for 2.15 hours before the artist comes on is sensory hell. I usually turn up 30 minutes before they start so I donā€™t have to stand or wait as long. And not having a ground level viewing area is mad to me so Iā€™m expected to mix with the main crowd (other venues have an access only area). I can name about 8 other venues in my city that do this (including venues owned by the same company as this one). I am quite frustrated at this lack of accommodation esp as some things are easy and free for them to implement, but also donā€™t want to reply being ā€œdifficultā€. I really feel we need to challenge venues on access because otherwise nothing will change
