I love mechanical keyboards and finally saved up enough to have one at work, too. My coworker sees this and she was like, "I love how it sounds!" The next day, she brings in a keyboard to work. It's a $20 keyboard off Amazon and not really a mechanical keyboard so I didn't think much of it.

I bring in a squishy stuffed toy for work; it's just a cute little loaf of bread that smells like bread but it really helps me self-soothe and means a lot to me. She's like, "Wow, that's so cool - send me the link to where you bought it." (Note she didn't even say please?) I didn't know how to say no so I just did. Next day, she's got the bread on her desk. In the same place that I put my bread. Okay...

At work, we're all finally getting to the end of a big project. She's personally bitched to me about how much she hates it but I just smile and nod because I actually really like what we're working on. On an email that she's copied on, someone helped me troubleshoot a bug and I said, "Thanks Bob!! Go team!!!" Two seconds later, she says, "Go team!!!"

I could go on but like sheesh. Like, get your own style/vibe. She's like 15 years older than me so its hella annoying. I've already stopped talking to her as much as I used to but it's still such a bummer like sheesh.

Anyone else get annoyed with this?

I know logically just because she's copying me, she's not dimming my own shine or stealing my own vibe away from me but emotionally its still annoying and it hurts.
