Do you never want to leave the house or does it take you a long time to leave the house? I make myself get out of the house 1-2 times a week. Right now I'm unemployed so I'm not going to work everyday. Anyway little tasks like going to the post office or credit union are a lot for me. Even going for walks has been an issue for me, and I'm just walking around the nieghborhood. And if I go out I want to be back by 12 noon, so I can eat lunch. It's honestly becoming exhausting for me.
Yes. Because I am prone to agoraphobia, I set my life up so I regularly have to leave the house and drive and stuff. During covid, I walked the dog, but I only left once every other week or so for groceries. It became extremely hard to leave the house.
