DAE talk out loud to themselves constantly when they're alone?

Post Body
Hello! I'm in the process of having a potential autism diagnosis and I was wondering if anyone else talks to themselves outloud when they're alone? I do it pretty constantly. I mostly narrate to myself while I'm doing things, or say out loud what I'm thinking. I find that if I just think thoughts as they are in my head, it's like I can't "hear" them properly or make sense of them. I also usually read outloud to myself while reading too.
Anyone have something similar?
