I really really struggle with sensory input, and it keeps me from being able to really live my life sometimes. So Iām hoping to find some really nice noise cancelling earbuds and or headphones. Iāve seen loops mentioned here in comments before but Iāve read really mixed reviews so maybe someone with experience with them can enlighten me on the pros and cons of them vs other brands?
Hopefully this post is allowed, I read the rules and I donāt think this falls under āproduct researchā but who knows so I wonāt be offended if it needs to be deleted. Thank you in advance everyone xx

I second the XM4s. I had an opportunity to upgrade to the XM5s, but they don't fold, so I am staying true to the 4s. They are light and the noise cancelling feature is awesome.
I have pixel buds pro for rainy or super hot days. The XM4s are not waterproof.
