Post Body
I guess the trauma is accumulative, but do you find you have new/different sensory issues develop the older you get?
I’m having a hard time wondering whether I’ve merely noticed the issue now, or whether it’s developed recently.
I’ve always been too good at beating down and minimising issues, and so trying to access my needs is very confusing.
So many varied and interesting responses, thank you
