Advice for diploma of nursing

Hi guys, i am now in year 12 and i want to do the diploma of nursing and i am unsure of when to send my application? I want to send it around June because i will be 18 by then and i can get earlier entry for the following year. One of the requirements is to declare that you have studied 6 years in school. Do i have to wait until i get my VCE certificate or can i just send my rosa certificate from year 10?. Please help me i am stressing!.
