How much prep have you all done to kickstart tomorrow morning in the classroom? It's got me thinking: why is there an expectation for us to be fully prepared for work with no additional prep time apart from what we manage during holidays?
Is this an ongoing wage versus salary debate? Should we feel obligated to work during our holidays just to stay ahead of the game?
