I do and don't regret this

If I knew beforehand the amount of hurdles and requirements and paperwork and bureaucracy (NSW) I would have to jump through before I could offically call myself a 'teacher' I would not have done it. But somehow I have and I love my job, I would not trade anything else for it. Plus maintaining accreditation is another pain in the arse.
