Hello I’m the manager of a high end independent European vehicle workshop and I’m struggling to find a shirt that works for me.

We’ve been wearing navy polo for years, all matching, embroidered etc and all is good: but as a manager, I’d like the management team to stand out a little.

Trying to find the right mix of style and quality is hard. Any suggestions?

My wants and need : Navy Can be worn not tucked in, with black jeans or chinos and look good. Quality enough to last (it’s a desk job for the most part) Can be embroidered (I’m sure most options can) Won’t be wearing a tie, will want a nice tidy collar, preferably button down.

I did see a nice Carthrrt option but it doesn’t seem to be an Australian option and I’d like to try on before buying.
