Petition to abolish the Guardian position

It's not going to be filled again, and was only created because we had Toby, a former head mod who couldn't be trusted. I believe a Toby-style figure is no longer a problem, and as such Head Mods can be trusted with subreddits (considering they're trusted with literally everything else)
