Ash has, astoundingly, admitted to sitting on evidence because of his "conflict of interest." (Anyone who wants to see the messages in question, which he posted in #a-meta-affair, can either check there or DM me).

This essentially amounts to sitting on his hands and hanging Perekai out to dry, forcing him to work through a thirty page, legalistic appeal document on his own. This has directly resulted in Toby being unbanned far sooner than he should be, because no evidence was presented to Runas.

In excluding himself because of a "conflict of interest," Ash has done To by far more favours than he would've if he was involved in the appeal. He has got to go.
