After this election, it has become apparent that a second member of the Electoral Commission to assist is necessary in allowing a smooth election to take place. It is with great pleasure that I am appointing /u/roundedrectangle101 to the electoral commission.

I chose to appoint RR due to their history as a former head moderator, among other roles where they have run elections in the past. They have also shown interest in assisting with the creation of graphics for elections, so hopefully we don't have a repeat of the last election. As per the meta constitution, a community vote will take place in 5 days time, according to the following timeline:

• Announcement of vote: 5th December 2023 11:20pm AEDT
• Beginning of vote: 10th December 2023 11:20pm AEDT
• Close of vote: 12th December 2023 11:20pm AEDT
• Vote results: Anytime after then, ideally before midnight however it may be the next morning.

In addition, I completely forgot about the vote to appoint /u/Maaaaaaaaaaadison to the Electoral Commission that I had intended on holding some time ago, so that will take place at the same time.
