Community Management - Appeal of 90 day ban of /u/12MaxWild

Appeal summary
The Community Moderators have considered an appeal (per the Meta Constitution) arising from a 90 day ban that was handed down by the Head Moderator /u/NGSpy due to the contravention of the AustraliaSim Code of Conduct Executive Rule.
In summary, whilst /u/12MaxWild has been found to have breached the offence, the penalty should be adjusted.
The penalty has been redetermined to be 50 days.
