Meta Proposal: mandated platforms

Hi guys :) I think the current tenor of the Head Mod race has been very positive.
So much so that I reckon we should add some kind of requirement in the meta rules that any candidate for a mod position has to post a publicly viewable platform to be eligible for office. Even if they just say "I'm a status quo candidate and wouldn't change anything" that would be sufficient
