1) I move a formal Motion of Censure of the Leader of the Opposition for conduct unworthy of a member, namely:
2) Plagiarism of a bill written by another member, namely of the contents of the Fair Work Amendment (A Fair Wage) Bill 2019.
3) Tampering with the text of a bill being debated by the house, namely his editing of the contests of the Fair Work Act (Wage Increase) Amendment Bill 2019.
4) Consistently failing to answer questions posed to him during Question Time despite direction by the Speaker.
