In accordance with Model Standing Order 11, it is now time to move to Questions With'out' Notice.

Questions without notice shall last for approximately 24 hours, and end at 9.00PM AEST Sunday 15th July.

Questions shall be posted as top level comments and answers shall be direct replies. Comments other than “hear hear” and “rubbish” shall be considered disorderly. All other standing orders are in effect unless a motion is passed to suspend them.

All questions shall be asked and answered on this subreddit. Any person in the general public is permitted to ask a question also.
