imnofox speaks about the Pacific Union project
Post Body

~~"Hello voters of Kingston. Well, after a great start, we've already got our first MP in the House of Representatives, standing up for our pacific friends and family, fighting for a Pacific Union. With this kind of trajectory, we'll be in government by the end of the week!"

"Our goal is a federated union of Pacific states. A common market, a common currency, and collective services for the good of the Pacific Ocean. We all know about economies of scale, and the strength of multiple nations working together, collectively, and in sync. The European Union has made Europe a much more prosperous region ever since it's formation, and they're only held back by their refusal to become a full federation of states."

"The greatest threat that the pacific faces is climate change. Island nations like Niue and Kiribati face their entire islands getting flooded due to the rising sea levels. Our country of Australia is doing these allies a great disservice through our economic reliance on the coal industry, destroying our own natural environment to profit off of pollution."

"The profit for Australia may be great, but the cost for our neighbouring island nations is devastating. No Aussie would tolerate their neighbour digging up their backyard for gold, and tossing all the dirt over their fence, into your own backyard. But that's what we're doing in the Pacific with our government's policies on coal."

"Australia joining it's pacific neighbours in a mutual and collective federation is overdue, and we're all paying the price for it. Vote AusPUP #1 in Kingston, vote imnofox for the Pacific."
