I have received a message from the Member for Cowper, /u/riley8583 (IND) to introduce a motion, namely the Motion to compel the government to enact changes in the corporate sphere to combat illegal phoenixing as Private Member's Business and seconded by the Member for Melbourne, /u/nmtts- (LNP). The Motion is authored by riley8583.

Motion Details

I move that the House:

(a) condemns the practice of phoenixing

(b) enact modern legislation combatting the practice of phoenixing
