Why do you need id to collect a parcel at a store yet anyone at your address can sign and collect a parcel? Seems double standards to me. I have a parcel being send to my old address and even though I have a mail redirection in place they won’t redirect this parcel. So in theory the new resident of my old address can sign and keep my parcel.
