Single in ATX for 1st time. Doesn't take very many bad dates filled with even worse communication to get discouraged.Would like to meet a quirky & witty lady of some awareness and (in the Alt community) without having to resort to the bar thing (or spend hrs upon hrs scouring through NormieLands dating app for the 2% that fit my tastes and subculture). Happy to go see the right live act and and support the scene, but already feel behind the 8 ball not drinking. What alternatives be there without also just mindlessly setting my cash on fire for a very hollow consumerist experience?
