At the protest I was standing with another black man in the front to ensure his safety and that once he was pepper sprayed id be there to pull him to safety. We are sprayed and move together to behind the front line. A woman comes over to us saying I have WATER AND FIRST AID in this bag... She opens the bag and literally nothing is in the bag besides a lighter and about 10 chunks of rock. She said "Here throw these at the police". I instantly confronted her about why that is wrong how your actions will get someone else hurt, and or beaten. She just walked away continuing to try and get folks to hurl rocks at cops. If your goal to come here is to "Fuck shit up" (in her own words) get the fuck out of our city. That is not what we are here to do.
