Hello,
I'm looking at Austin as a place to move to. Love that it has a relatively affordable housing market, respectable job market and warm (a rare combination in the US, sadly). However, there appears to be a water problem there - specifically in Austin but in Texas in general. I've never seen a place in the US with so many boil water notices in the span of a few short years. What's going on? I literally cannot wrap my head around this.
