How legit is cedar fever?

Post Body

I've had hay fever my entire life. Grass always seemed to be the culprit. I checked allergen counts on kxan and sure enough, grass is apparently a potential culprit starting in March all the way through September or something like that. Everyone talks about cedar fever but I can't tell the difference. So I'm wondering what sort of evidence there is for cedar fever. Or is it just another Aistin-lore type thing where someone said it and it's been deared truth ever since?
