La Niña has ended officially: https://www.cnn.com/2023/03/09/weather/la-nina-el-nino-forecast-hurricane-season-heat-waves-california/index.html
As you saw in California, their shift happened in January and they have gotten 200% of normal rainfall in places. The shift from a dry to wet pattern is about to occur here (we usually see impacts from California a few months later). Starting Wednesday there will be a daily chance of thunderstorm occurrence for the foreseeable future. This bodes well as we enter our rainiest months. Lake Travis is very low and we need this.
